Lifeguard on Duty:
Monday – Thursday: 4 pm – 9:00 pm
Friday: 4 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday/Sunday: 7 am – 5:30 pm
About Court Sports
Courts can be Reserved: at the member service desk 1 week in advance, for 1 hour/member/day
Free Racquetball Lessons: last Monday of every month @ 7 pm for beginners
Racquetball Lessons: for members and non-members available for a fee upon request with Norman Escobar
Racquetball Challenge Courts: M-W-F 11 am – 1 pm and T-Th 4-6 pm (open to anyone)
Racquetball League: Fall, Winter and Spring – W&Th from 6-9 pm, additional information available
Racquets, Racquetballs, Basketballs & Walleyball or Volleyball nets: available for use at the member service desk; Head racquets are available for demo upon request see Norman Escobar
Pick-up Court Sports* 6:30-8:30 p.m.
*$5 fee for non-members
About the NAC Café
Grab and Go: We over a variety of bottled beverages, pre-work out and protein drinks in addition to a wide selection of bars and snacks at the Member Service desk that you can “Grab and Go” before or after your work out.
Complimentary Coffee and Tea: Our cafe area provides a unique space for you to visit with friends, catch up on the local news or sit and relax before and after your workout. Complimentary coffee and tea is available throughout the day – ENJOY!
Wi-Fi: free wi-fi access available in the cafe and throughout the building.
The Café space is available for special private events for a nominal rental fee. Event staff can be provided at an additional charge.
