Small group training is a fun, effective, and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. In a group setting, our trainers focus on the individual strengths, goals, and fitness levels of each participant. Group training is progressive and results-driven, with each session lasting four-weeks, meeting 1 to 5 times per week.
FIT-traxx is a unique group training program that is scientifically designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. In just four-weeks, FIT-traxx can help you lose weight and enhance physical fitness. A FIT-traxx coach guides you through every step from your strength and cardio workouts to nutritional strategies.
Each four-week program includes 1, 2 and 3 day options.
Boot Camp is an intense combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core, and functional movement patterns. We work with you to set goals, create a nutrition plan and assess your ongoing results.
This ongoing program offers multiple day and time options.
Train for the ultimate obstacle course and learn new techniques with other competitors. Spartan Races are unpredictable so training in many different areas is necessary.
Race in one or all three local races with our NAC teams.
