Heidi is a well-rounded personal trainer with over two decades of fitness experience. She provides a full range of training for individuals, FitCamps and Buddy Packs. Her instruction can be from advanced athletic training with challenging and rewarding workouts that allow you to achieve a whole new level of personal fitness, to working around any injury or medical condition while still achieving your fitness goals!

In addition, Heidi trains both men and women for Muscle, Muscle Model, Figure, Fitness Model, and Bikini competitions. This training is more than just workouts– it includes everything you need to compete with the best: her diet secrets for competition, registration issues, and even how to walk on stage.

Certification: AFAA, Group Power (barbell weight training)
