Small Group Training

FIT-traxx is the group-training program that is scientifically designed to help people of all ages, shapes and sizes melt fat, increase energy and build strength and tone!


Unlimited FIT-traxx  just $99 for 4 weeks.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 am or 10:30 am

Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm

Accelerated training for optimum fat burning with Certified Personal Trainer, Tyler. Fat Loss, muscle toning and strength all in one session. Experience the camaraderie, commitment and challenge that requires ALL OUT EFFORT!

Monday and Wednesday 6:30 pm.

Tuesday and Thursday 9:30 am
