Small Group Summer Training

FIT-traxx is the group-training program that is scientifically designed to help people of all ages, shapes and sizes melt fat, increase energy and build strength and tone!

FIT-traxx schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00am and 9:15am

Accelerated training for optimum fat burning with Certified Personal Trainer, Rick. Fat Loss, muscle toning and strength all in one session. Experience the camaraderie, commitment and challenge that is BOOTCAMP!

Bootcamp schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00pm.

Unlimited FIT-traxx and Bootcamp for $129 per month.
